At TideWe®, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
